SUSTAINABLE FARMING
Kingfishers Bend is our family-owned and operated farm based in Middle Pocket, NSW. This is where our pasture to plate philosophy began.
The health of the soil has always come first for us. We believe that heavily investing in organic materials to nurture the soil is what enables the best possible pasture — and that everything else, from animal welfare to the quality of the beef, follows from getting that right.
We build our approach around a combination of regenerative methods: organic fertilisers, rotational grazing and weed suppression, all in service of giving livestock the most nutritional pasture possible.
Our Farm management team brings over 60 years of experience in developing farms, improving pasture and managing livestock. Soil health, pasture improvement and gentle farming aren't just practices to us — they're the standard we hold ourselves to across everything we do.
