We believe every part of the beast deserves to be enjoyed - so we hand-pack our Discovery Boxes with a genuine cross-section of cuts from across the animal. Nothing wasted, everything shared around. It's the most exciting way to explore the range and flavour of our regeneratively raised beef, professionally butchered and vacuum-sealed into ready-to-use portions.
Each box is a curated selection, so no two boxes are ever quite the same. Every box includes a hearty mix of premium steaks, slow-cook roasts and braising cuts, small-batch sausages, premium mince, tallow fat and bone broth.
Once you've fallen for the flavour, our ¼, half and whole beast shares are where the real per-kg value kicks in - the more you commit to, the more you save.
Why it's limited
We process in small batches and prioritise our beast allocations, in line with our ethical, regenerative farming practices. Discovery Boxes are only released when availability allows — once they're gone, they're gone until the next harvest.

Shipping
We deliver FREE Australia wide on all orders over $150.
Your meat will be delivered via refrigerated courier - your meat arrives frozen and ready for the fridge or freeze.
Delivery
We'll send you an update with your exact delivery day and estimated window as soon as it's ready. If you have a preferred delivery day, just add it to your checkout notes and we'll do our best to coordinate around your preference!
The night before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive a text message with a tracking link and estimated time window, so you know exactly when to expect us.
On the scheduled day, our temperature-controlled courier partner will deliver your order right to your door, ready for you to enjoy.
